Very informative article. I have a question that I'm sure you've encountered. How have you generated your JAVA client so that the server connection can be closed? For a .NET client, the proxy inherits from System.ServiceModel.ClientBase that exposes .Close() and .Abort() methods. In the examples I've seen so far for JAVA clients, the important step of closing the connections (and handling exceptions during closing) is glossed over. Are you able to post an update or respond to me directly regarding how you address this?
Thanks
