<description>I would like to associate all files ending with .sql to use Sql Management Studio from
within Visual Studio 2008 Source Control Explorer. The files are not under a solution
or project.

There must be a way to say that my External Tool is Sql Management Studio and that
all &quot;.sql&quot; must use this tool as their editor.
From source Control Explorer I want to open a &quot;.sql&quot; file and have
Sql Management Studio open/use that file.

I have tried sql database edition with Visual Studio 2008 and prefer Sql Management Studio.

Currently I still have sql server 2005 database and had a couple issue with Team Foundation
Server MSSCCI Provider</description>
